X Lossless Der 20110312 Full version

X Lossless Der 20110312 | Mac OSX | 7.4 Mb
X Lossless Der(XLD) is a tool for Mac OS X that is able to de/convert/play various 'lossless' audio files. The supported audio files can be split into some tracks with cue sheet when decoding. It works on Mac OS X 10.4 and later.

XLD is Universal Binary, so it runs natively on both Macs and PPC Macs.

XLD supports the following formats:

* (Ogg) FLAC (.flac/.oga)
* Mon's Audio (.ape)
* Wavpack (.wv)
* TTA (.tta)
* Lossless (.m4a) [10.4 and later]
* TAK (.tak) [Requires Wine]
* Shorten (.shn) [SHN v3 only]
* AIFF, WAV, etc

Other formats supported by Libsndfile are also decodable. XLD uses not der frontend but library to de, so no intermediate files are erated. All of the supported formats can be directly split with the cue sheet. XLD also supports so-called 'embedded' or 'internal' cue sheet.

Currently you can choose output format from WAVE,AIFF and Raw PCM. In addition, you can choose Ogg Vorbis (aoTuV), MPEG-4 AAC (QuickTime/CoreAudio), (LAME), Lossless, FLAC, HE-AAC (aacPlus v1/v2), Wave64 and WavPack in the GUI version.

XLD version 20080812 and later can be used as a ripper. You can convert ch track in your audio into the desired format. Also XLD supports output a with cue sheet (wav+cue, flac+cue, etc).

Update 2011/03/12:

* New modern Cocoa UI for the track list window
* Non-compliant cuesheets are supported in the batch mode
* Fixed a profile name editing problem on 10.4
* Fixed a problem that profile remove button didn't work when only one profile existed
